Wonderful music in a multitude of ways….. huge emotional depth and breadth. This music has had me in tears. Not just a lovely voice. It’s what she does with it that is so remarkable. Fantastic new songs, moving lyrics and tunes that you find yourself humming. Wonderful band of outstanding musicians, wonderful arrangements. One of my favourite abums. Several Christmas presents are now sorted!
Love the new album, “April Song!” Kinda hesitated because I wasn’t familiar with your name, and the only tune I recognized was the Nina Simone joint, “Black Is The Color.” But I grabbed it anyway and glad I did!

After hearing those clips I cannot wait to hear the whole album. Black is the Colour sounds killer. If you read this Sara, I’m on the road for the rest of this year but I hope you continue to send out regular updates of your concert schedules and I really look forward to seeing/hearing a show asap!
